Mezan rums are unblended rums from individual islands or countries in the West Indies and South or Central America, produced from a single vintage year’s distillation, aged in oak Barrique and bottled one cask at a time, when mature, under the supervision of our cellar master.

• unblended
• unsweetened
• uncoloured
• filtered through only a light gauze with no chill-filtration

They have not been aged in wine casks or finished in those used for other spirits, and are a true expression of the distillery and country of production with each set of casks having a unique flavour profile which cannot be repeated
