The world’s most entincing spirit finally has its own festival in the jewel of Yorkshire’s crown, Leeds
Born from the passion of 2 Leeds Bartenders, Sam Fish of one of Leeds’ longest running institutions Mojo and Daniel Crowther, one of the founding fathers of the UK’s only constantly changing bar The Hedonist Project.
‘Over a beer and dram of rum one day we were talking about how many amazing drinks festivals Leeds has such as Leeds Loves Cocktails, The Gin Festival and Leeds Beer Festival, so why does this city that loves rum not have its own dedicated Rum Festival?! said Sam
So coming this October Leeds will be having its first annual Rum Festival. Hosted in one of Leeds’s most iconic buildings ‘The Corn Exchange’ . So please come join us for an afternoon of rum masterclasses by some of the most respected people in the trade, food vendors from some of you favourite local eateries, live music and of course over 50 different rums from all over the Carribean and more.
