Unique rum! Notes of brown sugar, caramelised sugar, orange, toffee, marzipan, coconut, vanilla and a multitude of other nuances.
Vinification
A blend of old casks, mainly from Barbados. Produced in Spanish style, which means it is produced with molasses, and that sugar (or caramel) is added. The result is sweet and elegant rum without the sweetness drowning the multitude of other nuances.
