Based on the novel collaborative and networking culture, the BRC 2016 has developed a new exhibition model.
You will first be welcomed to the event in a majestic courtyard before sliding up to a single, long bar designed for tasting and introducing new brands and drinks while doing business. In this room, a multipurpose stage with a large screen dominates the setting and will provide the backdrop to our activities.
EDUCATION
BTBAR TALKS Bar, colleagues and drinks. Time for sharing thoughts, experiences and all those things you just say in comfortable moments. The event conductor will lead our guests to the most pleasant atmosphere to share ideas, concepts and plans.
KNKEYNOTES Twenty-minute presentations analyzing a specific topic around the main focus of the BRC Congress: Rum, Mixology & the Cultural Shift to Quality Consumption.
MCMASTER CLASSES Forty-five-minute tasting and in deep analysis led by world-class connoisseur. Brands will have the opportunity to present the excellence of their Rums. Master Classes will take place at Saló Daurat (1st floor – up to 50 ppl).
TTTÊTE-À-TÊTE WITH EXPERTS A chance to meet an industry expert for 10 minutes in a casual one-to-one. A full list of guests and available slots will be announced soon.
EXPERIENCE
MIXOLOGY LAB CORNER
A place where mixologists share their experiences with botanicals, instruments, cocktail creation and consumer engagement.
Attendees will be able to hear great stories and try new creations from a select group of world-acclaimed bartenders from around the globe.

TECH & DESIGN LAB
A specific platform to introduce tech innovations and creative ideas from entrepreneurs will give us a glance at the latest gadgets and innovations for bars and restaurants.
SOUNDS & RUM
The BRC is not just about rum. Starting at 21.00h on the evening of October 25th, the BRC will morph into a huge music platform to promote the new sounds sailing our way from the rum-producing countries.
Delegates and attendees can savor a shot of their choice to the beat of the new sounds.
