Beenleigh Honey
Info: Deliciously complex notes of spiced oak, toffee, lifted honey and hints of vanilla, eventually give way to a velvety smooth finish. Its rich, golden colours and long silky legs (that hold on to the glass with every sip) are due to a judicious helping of the finest Kangaroo Island honey from the world’s only remaining pure strain of Ligurian bees. Only added in the final stages of its 5-year maturation in oak. Enjoy over ice or in a cocktail.
