A full bodied Jamaican pot still rum has shared a barrel with a delicious Barbados rum blend, up to 8 years of age, as well as a column still from Trinidad and a fresh high-ester Jamaican pot still. The spicy notes from an infusion of roasted American oak make the smoky and dry flavors dance with vanilla and caramel. No sugar is added. The sweetness comes from the oak itself and a high level of fructose recovered early in its development.
